We expect a high degree of independent thinking and responsibility from our employees. In return, we aim to make our company a great place to work.
  • Our rule of thumb is that we give at least 25% more than the statutory minimum on all employee benefits.
  • We also set aside for each employee a pot of £500 to put towards a passion in their personal life: team members' choices have ranged from scuba diving to singing lessons to sports kit.
  • Each member of staff is entitled to a bonus at the end of the year, related to the company’s profit. This year it came to an equivalent to 10% of salary.
  • We are signed up to the payroll giving scheme and we match the donations of any staff member.
  • We budget for each staff member to have £1,000 of training each year.
  • Each member of staff gets taken out to lunch on their birthday.
  • We have a company pension scheme in which all permanent employees are eligible to participate. The company also matches a percentage of contributions.
  • We participate in season ticket and cycle to work loan schemes.
