| Caterina VioliResearch AnalystCaterina joined nfpSynergy in July 2007 as a Research Analyst. Her job is to find new, creative ways in which quantitative data can be manipulated and analysed. She is also involved in the re-launch of the GP Monitor, tracking health professionals’ awareness and perception of health and disability charities. In summer 2005 Caterina joined Dialogue Direct UK as a face-to-face fundraiser on behalf of Water Aid. There she had her first contact with the Third Sector which became her main focus over the next few years. Before joining nfpSynergy Caterina completed an internship with the Marketing Intelligence Team at Oxfam GB. There she worked on a number of marketing intelligence pieces as well as conducting analysis of quantitative data for in-house research projects. The exciting experience of a research environment in the context of a large charity is ultimately what brought Caterina to nfpSynergy. Caterina graduated from Trinity College Cambridge University in 2006 with a 2.1 in Economics. She has a passion for Capoeira – a Brazilian martial art which she practices regularly – and contemporary dance. She also loves drawing and painting. |

I was immensely impressed by nfpsynergy’s recent report on the 21st Century Donor – a seamless mix of facts and foreshadowings.
