| Jennifer SheaSenior ResearcherJennifer joined nfpSynergy in 2008 in the role of Senior Researcher and currently works on some of our bespoke research projects, including our work for the Trafford Housing Trust. She brings to her role experience in the charity fundraising sector, having worked for a regional affiliate of the United Way of America, one of the largest not-for-profit organisations in the United States. Prior to that, she was employed as a researcher on a major Home-Office sponsored project that used both qualitative and quantitative research methods to investigate equality and diversity in the UK Fire and Rescue Services. Jennifer holds a PhD in History from the University of Cambridge, as well as degrees in Religion and History from Yale University and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She has worked as a volunteer for several organisations, including the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge and the Olivet Boys and Girls Club in America. |
